Ms Sule’s statement comes on the backdrop of some Opposition leaders being served notices from the ED.
Mumbai: Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) MP Supriya Sule has dared the BJP-led government to send her an Enforcement Directorate notice. I have done nothing wrong and even if the government sends an ED notice, nothing will come out of it, she said.
When asked what she would do if an ED notice is served to her, the Baramati MP said, “They should send an ED or CBI notice to me. I challenge them. What notice would they send me if I have not done any wrong? Initially they may harass me a bit, but finally I will prevail,” she said.
Ms Sule’s statement comes on the backdrop of some Opposition leaders being served notices from the ED. They have also alleged that the BJP-led government has been indulging in ‘political vendetta’.
Meanwhile, Ms Sule, the daughter of NCP chief Sharad Pawar, has also slammed those who have switched their loyalties to the ruling BJP and Shiv Sena.
