Aaditya Thackeray: Bring back internals for SSC
He also sought creation of exclusive sections for the Mahara-shtra board students in class 11.
Mumbai: Shiv Sena leader and Yuva Sena president Aaditya Thackeray on Wednesday met chief minister Devendra Fadnavis and demanded to include internal exams for the languages and social science subjects for Secondary School Certificate (SSC) students from the academic year 2019-20 onwards.
He also sought creation of exclusive sections for the Mahara-shtra board students in class 11.
Mr Thackeray met chief minister Deven-dra Fadnavis regarding the dip in passing percentage in the SSC results at latter’s residence. Yuva Sena president claimed that Mr Fadnavis has assured to fulfil both his demands.
A group of teachers had reportedly blam-ed removal of internal assessment for dip in pass percentage.
