Mr Modi’s audio conference began at 11 am, when all the MPs and MLAs received a call on their mobile from the PMO. The Prime Minister asked all of them to meet people and raise issues, which could not be discussed as Parliament had not worked due to opposition.
He also asked all leaders to go to 20,000 villages in the period between April 14 to May 5 and stay at least for a day there. The government has decided to give Minimum Support Price of 1.5 times of the production cost.
