Two minor boys booked for sodomising classmate

Mumbai: The Bandra police has registered a case against two minor boys of class X for allegedly sodomising their classmate on the terrace of their school. The boys, studying in a well-known Bandra school, ragged the 15-year-old victim and forced him into performing sexual acts. The police has registered a case of sodomy against the two minors and is probing the case to find out how they lured the victim.

According to Bandra police officials, the victim’s parents approached the principal of the school and narrated what happened to their child. Bandra police officials said, “During the school recess on Saturday, the two class X students took the victim to the school’s terrace. They used to harass the boy every time for his shy behaviour.”

The incident occurred on the terrace, once again raising concerns over security (or the lack thereof) in school premises. The police said it is interrogating the school authorities.

A police official said, “The duo asked the victim to give them a blowjob and they allegedly had unnatural sex with him. They also threatened him not to tell anybody else they would post the story on social media.”

“Thereafter, the victim stopped going to school and started giving excuses of having a headache. Sensing something was amiss, the parents prodded the victim into confiding in them about his ordeal. On Thursday, they went to the police station to lodge a complaint,” the official further said.

The senior PI confirmed the incident and said, “We have registered the case under sections 377, 504, 506 of the IPC and 4 and 8 of POCSO.”
