Mumbai: The Bombay high court on Friday asked the state and Baba Ramdev’s Patanjali Ayurveda to file affidavit in reply to a petition alleging that the state has given 600 acres of land near Nagpur to yoga guru’s company at a very cheap rate.

A division bench of Chief Justice Manjula Chellur and Justice Girish kulkarni was hearing petitioner, Sanjay Nirupam, Congress city president, who alleged irregularities in the allotment of land to Patanjali for setting up a food park.
