Mumbai: On Friday, the students, who came out of the Examination House in Mumbai University’s (MU) Kalina campus, complained about the mismanagement at the helpdesk, which has been set up by the varsity for the students who want urgent confidential statement of their marks.

After missing the deadline of July 31 for declaring the results of the final year degree college, the MU came up with the idea of setting up a helpdesk in order to assist the students who have gained admission to universities in other states and abroad.

Students complained about the facility as according to them it was disorganised.

“I had come here two days ago and submitted all my documents. They asked me to come on Thursday. Now when I went there, they have lost all the documents which I had submitted,” said a student who appeared for Bachelors in Management Studies (BMS) and is planning to go to University of Melbourne to do his MBA.

Another student who had come to gain the confidential statement was made to wait for hours, as there was nobody at the desk to help the student.
