Man shoots his brother dead over land dispute
On receiving information from locals, police officials rushed to the spot and took the body in its custody.
Ghaziabad: A man on Tuesday shot dead his younger brother allegedly over a land dispute in Sultanpur village, police said.
Senior superintendent of police Vaibhav Krishna told that Pradeep Kumar (28) was shot dead by his elder brother Kuldeep.
Both the brothers had an altercation on the issue and Kuldeep fired upon him, following which he died on the spot and Kuldeep fled, he said.
On receiving information from locals, police officials rushed to the spot and took the body in its custody. The body has been sent for autopsy, he said. The police has launched a manhunt to nab Kuldeep, the SSP added. This is the second case which took place in 24 hours in the Murad nagar area.
