A woman's grocery list for her husband posted on Twitter has gone viral for it's very detailed instructions.

You know how it is. You make a list, hand it to your loved one and hope they get exactly what you asked for. Even if they do, it may not be the freshest vegetables or the right brand of cookies.

But IT worker Era Golwalkar took in all the risks involved and decided her husband couldn't get it wrong with the type of list she handed to him.

She posted a picture of the list on Twitter with a caption: “This is the task I gave to my hubby last weekend!” she wrote. “Even U guys shud follow this list for happy customers.”

The post became an instant hit gaining 1,311 re-tweets and 5,710 likes.

In the list, Golwalkar not only put down which vegetables she wanted, but she also describes the colour and drew the right shape and size. Pick “some yellow some red” tomatoes with “no holes”, onions with “small size” and “round shape”, and “medium size” potatoes with “no eyes or green colours”.

She even drew what a good spinach “good leaves, no holes” and bad one looked like.

With such interest, many wanted to see more of this unusual but practical list. Her husband Guarav was kind enough to share.

“Hilarious!” wrote Rajnish Ranjan on Twitter."Every wife suffered especially vegetables shopping by their hubby. Perfect explanation 2 all husbands." Another said she was “going to start doing this because as much as I love him I don’t trust my fiance with grocery shopping”.
