An opportunity for talented girls to empower their skills, get launched into their dream spectrum of the entertainment industry and a life that will make one’s wildest dreams come true. Not possible, you think? Well now is the time when talent gets well paid off. A Japanese concept which gave birth to a group named AKB48 had launched 48 girls who were trained according to their skills for free. After an overwhelming success, similar concepts have been launched in Bangkok and very recently been introduced to India with the launch of sister groups named DEL48 and MUB48.  Sensational Idols like Rannvijay Singh, Hina Khan, Sangram Singh and many more had garnished the launch with their motivational talk and initiative to lend their hands for the training of these girls.

But getting into the groups is not an easy task. The auditions will be extension and from the first cut off of 1200 girls of the age band of 12 to 20 years, 48 finalists will be sponsored. They will reside in hostels and girls upto the age of 18 will be allowed to stay with either of their guardians. At the age of 24, when they have achieved enough to continue their careers on their own, they will graduate from the place.

Speaking about the launch, YKBK 48 Entertainment’s CEO, Mr. Rohit Bakshi said, “India is a land of opportunities. Launching these groups is a very exciting moment for us and for all the aspiring artists in India.
