While many spend a long time in their efforts for a transformation, one man has achieved an incredible feat in just three months. Hunter Hobbs from Oklahoma took pictures everyday to document his weight loss and shared them as a time-lapse video which shows the amazing change.
He simply decided to adhere to a strict diet and work out regimen for 12 weeks and describes it as the toughest thing he has done. He lost almost 20 kg and got a tan for the results which astounded people on social media.
