People not having enough sex seems to be an issue in many parts of the world as sex breaks and government initiatives are being launched in a bid to encourage people to do it more for a better lifestyle.

But while longer work hours leaving people tired are often cited as a reason for lack of sex in people’s lives, it turns out that among other things, it’s a very routine activity that is getting in the way of people getting in action. Scrolling through Facebook newsfeeds and watching too much tv or shows on the internet might be the reason for this decline.

The study revealed that married couples in the US are having sex at a lower frequency than the 90s, and the rise of shows on tv and Netflix seems to be triggering this drop. It also pointed out that people over the age of 70 are actually having more sex than milennials.
