Much ado about the ‘final’ chat

Last week, twitterati were part of an interesting discussion triggered by the handle @Fact. The Twitter handle of the website factualfacts.com put forth a thought in a tweet: Isn’t it scary knowing that any time could be the last time you talk to someone? Always keep that in mind.

The responses were very interesting — some shared grave concerns, a few appeared touched whereas funny and even offended tweets too surfaced.

Mark Mallardi:  Yes, indeed. That’s why it’s so important to tell the people you love that you love them, every time you speak with them. It’s also why you never want to leave off with an angry interaction. Try to make the world a little bit better with each interaction you have, every day.

Jesus Camacho?: Depends who the person is. There’s people that I definitely wouldn’t want to talk to ever again.

Onat Erdem: What do you mean always keep that in mind? You’ll go crazy if you always think of such negative things. It’d be a choice, but a negative, self inflicted choice indeed.

Raghav Lohit: Keep in mind that this could be your last tweet. At least that could be a fact.
