Having a child is an important experience in life for a number of people, but a lot of precautions are needed to ensure the baby’s well being. Certain things we use in day to day life may seem harmless, but they can cause long term damage to children.

Research has revealed that pregnant women who use perfume and eat out of plastic containers are causing hindrance to the child’s brain development. The child born in such a case may face difficulty when it comes to grasping complex ideas in future.

Chemicals used in plastics and fragrances are known to affect the functioning of our hormones. Offspring of women who use them may not be as cognitively sharp as their peers when they reach adulthood.
