There are many instances where doctors leave their surgery equipment in patients but they are mostly scissors and other things. A man recently surprised the doctors when he visited them recently because he had severe stomach pain but it turned out to be nothing like the doctors expected.

According to a media report, the 21-year-old Asian visited a hospital in Saudi Arabia because had severe abdominal pain, which turned out to be a light bulb. The hospital Saud bin Jalawi, located in the eastern al-Ahsa region of the country did several tests and found the bulb after they did a CT scan and saw a mysterious object that didn’t look like anything they had earlier seen in a patients stomach.

Surprisingly, the man then revealed that he had gulped down a bulb when he was 10 and it had been there since then because he had forgotten it. The bulb however was recovered in good condition even though it was in the man’s intestines for over 10 years, which is quite surprising.
