Vanilla Cup cakes
Ingredients
- 00 gm softened butter
- 100 gm castor sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cup maida
- 1tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup custard powder
Method
- Line 18 cupcake trays .
- Beat butter and sugar.
- Add eggs and whisk well.
- Sift the maida, baking powder , custard powder and salt.
- Add to the batter.
- Add milk.
- Bake at 180C for 15 minutes.
