High protein pudding
Ingredients
- 90 gm plain Greek yogurt
- Half scoop chocolate or vanilla or strawberry protein powder
- Small flakes of bitter chocolate
Method
- Whip up the Greek yogurt to a creamy consistency. Add protein powder to it and continue mixing until you achieve a thick pudding consistency.
- Place it to the fridge for half-an-hour. Remove from fridge, and sprinkle small flakes of butter chocolate on the pudding mix and serve.
- It is great for late night cravings or a snack in general.
