Actress Hitha Chandrashekar shares with us her recipe for sautéed mushroom.

Ingredients  

  • Chopped mushrooms
  • Chopped garlic- 1
  • Chopped green chili- 1
  • Chopped onion - 1
  • Olive oil 1tbsp
  • Butter two tsp
  • 2 tsp oregano
  • Salt, tt

Method

  • Add oil to a pan.
  • Once heated, add finely chopped garlic and  two green chillies (if you want it spicy) and sauté till the garlic starts to caramelise. Now, add sliced mushrooms. Add a little butter to give the dish an enhanced flavour. Sprinkle over the oregano and salt. Saute for a minute and serve alongside herb rice or as a starter or a quick healthy snack.  Mushroom sauté can be had alongside herbed rice, eaten as a starter or a quick healthy snack.
