London to get its first vegan ‘fried chicken’ shop

It offers seitan which is a meat substitute that is made from wheat gluten.

Now there's a meat-free option for vegans and vegetarians who are curious about the taste of KFC. The world's first all-vegan ‘fried chicken’ shop will be opening in London in January 2017.

Temple of Seitan, an exclusively vegan brand, offers seitan which is a meat substitute that is made from wheat gluten. Its standalone ‘chicken’ shop in Hackney will be serving seitan in sandwiches, tubs, and mac ‘n’ cheese burgers.
