While Yoga is one of the best ways to increase strength, improve mental health, and build immunity the key requirements to stay sane in the times of a pandemic one could add a dash of happy colours and quirky designs to uplift the mood early morning. Invest in quality products like tights, track pants, bralettes, shorts, hoodies and tank-tops that are at par with global style trends.
