Vanilla in a cuppa!

Vanilla Cupcakes
Ingredients
- 200 gm all purpose flour
- 200 gm butter
- 200 gm sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1.5 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Method
- Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, and beat well with each addition.
- Add flour, baking powder, milk and vanilla and beat/mix until you get a dropping consistency.
- Pour into cupcake liners (this recipe yields 12-18 cupcakes depending on size) and bake at 180 degrees C for 15-20 mins or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Decorate with basic vanilla buttercream.
