The length of your eyebrows should be the length of your eyes, nothing longer or shorter.

Do not blunt the eyebrows out because it makes it look thicker than it needs to be.

If only every woman knew the importance of well shaped eyebrows, you would understand why the world of make-up is going crazy over this latest trend. Six things to remember while filling in your eyebrows

  • The length of your eyebrows should be the length of your eyes, nothing longer or shorter. Generally, women shape their eyebrows in such a way, the eyebrows start way before the starting point of your eyes, that's the biggest mistake you can make and it tends to make you look much older!
  • The trend of super thin eyebrows are long gone, so if you are still doing that, please stop! It is all about the thickness and sharpness. Please don't draw two curved lines, with a black pencil on your forehead as eyebrows!
  • When you fill in the eyebrows, definition and sharpness is super important. Do not blunt the eyebrows out because it makes it look thicker than it needs to be.
  • The colour you pick is very very important. I've seen women fill in their eyebrows with the darkest black and it looks so wrong! If you have thin eyebrows or brown hair, go for a darkish brown. If you have thick eyebrows or black hair then you should go for black
  • Eyebrow pencils are old news! The new trend are the cream or powder palettes to fill in your eyebrows and they work better, faster. They are super easy to use, too.
  • Remember, whatever you do, please do not make your eyebrows look like two worms crawling on your face! As a make-up artist that's our biggest nightmare.
