Summer is the time when all of us are looking to relax somehere on a beach or by a lake. This does not mean slacking on the make-up front. Having a good skincare  and makeup regime is a must to look your best even during your vacation. While makeup will make your face glow, it is equally important to follow some basic skincare regime to keep your skin healthy and glowing. Here are some makeup looks you can still rock when you are painting the town red.

1. Red hot lips  
A matte red lipstick is a must have no matter where you are. Bright red lipstick and mascara is all you need for your holiday.

2. Get smoky eyes
The smoky eye look is always trendy. Complete the look with a matte nude lipstick.

3. Colour your eyes
Holidays give one ample time to try out new looks. So, don't shy away! Glam up your eyes using eye liners and kohl in blue, yellow, and other colours. You can let eyes talk by just adding mascara and keeping the rest of the face plain. If you are headed to the beach, make sure all the products are water proof.

4. Add some more hues
For the beach babies, you can also sport bright eye shadows. Pink and orange eye shadows will give a very nice sunset-eyes that are perfect for the beach.

5. Stay natural
When you don't feel like putting in a lot of effort, go for a relaxed look that uses minimal makeup. Nude lipstick and mascara, coupled with open hair and you are good to go.

6. Elegant style
If you have a special dinner date planned  during the trip. Highlight your cheekbones, apply eye shadow and matte lipstick of the same shade as  the blush.
