The Supreme Court rapping the Delhi government for moving court for an urgent hearing to direct the Centre to help resume water flow from Munak canal in Haryana to Delhi was well administered. While the Supreme Court may have asked the Haryana government to ensure resumption of water supply to the national capital, it was right in pointing out the tendency among political parties today to move the courts instead of engaging each other in dialogue and negotiating a solution.
