Who says India has become intolerant The Indian government and public have shown exemplary tolerance towards Mani Shankar Aiyar’s provocative comments. No action was taken against Mr Aiyar for saying, “Hamein le aaiye, inhein hataiye” (remove Narendra Modi, bring us to power) on a Pakistani TV channel when asked how to resolve the issues between India and Pakistan. In response to the Paris attacks, Mr Aiyar had said, “We should also think why this situation has arisen.” The dissent manufacturing industry is clearly alive.
