While unveiling the Start-Up India Action plan — which allots a Rs 10,000 crore fund for start-ups, income-tax exemptions for the first three years, self-validation of nine environment and labour laws and easier exit strategies — Prime Minister Narendra Modi was correct in saying that “we have millions of problems... But we also have a billion minds. And these billion minds will easily find the solutions to the... problems.” Let’s hope young Indians deliver on the faith Mr Modi reposes in them to make our country self-sufficient.
