Kudos to Serena Williams for finally breaking the jinx and equaling Steffi Graf’s open era record of 22 Grand Slams, that too at her favourite Wimbledon centre court. Now the monkey is off her shoulders she is in line to surpass the overall Grand Slam title of 24 held by Margaret Court. This being her seventh Wimbledon, Serena has proven, yet again, that she is the queen of centre court. Her women’s doubles win with her sister Venus only added to her victory.
