Thankfully, the Uttarakhand high court ordered a floor test that was denied by the Centre, which was quick to impose President’s Rule in the state. Now, a larger bench has changed the single-judge order. It makes one wonder why it always falls to the courts to restore balance and give perspective to the Constitution
