Off the rails

R.C. Acharya’s article, Sustaining the reform track (February 17), regarding steps taken to improve Indian Railways is factually incorrect. I travelled thrice recently and found trains to be in a very sorry state. The trains were not on time, toilet flushes were broken and the food was of poor quality. Nothing has changed much.
