India should give serious thought to the presence of Chinese People’s Liberation Army troops that have been spotted at forward posts along the Line of Control (LoC) on the Pakistani side of Kashmir. It must be noted that in 2012, China had said that Chinese soldiers are there to provide protection to their ongoing railways, road and hydro-electric projects. After frequent incursions in Ladakh area, China cannot be trusted. We need to keep an eye on Chinese activity in PoK.
