For the first time during the Winter Session of Parliament, the Opposition is right in stalling proceedings to demand the ouster of Arunachal Pradesh governor Jyoti Prasad Rajkhowa for calling a state Assembly session “without the government’s will”. This is something that has never happened before. Such unconstitutional conduct must not be tolerated. The Centre would do well to recall Mr Rajkhowa.
