The Centre’s inept handling of developments at Jawaharlal Nehru University has turned Kanhaiya Kumar, into a household name. Even the Opposition parties are praising him because he is doing their job, saying the Modi government is responsible for all the ills in India today.
Mr Kumar’s “azadi in India” statement doesn’t cut ice because, ultimately, he too agreed with the assertion that Afzal Guru’s hanging was a “judicial killing”. That to me is Mr Kumar being anti-national. M.C. Joshi Lucknow
