But this seems problematic considering the party’s performance in Delhi. Before winning the Delhi elections, AAP had made similar promises about making public places in Delhi fully free wi-fi zones. But Delhi is still waiting for its wi-fi hotspots. This doesn’t present a good example for Punjab.
