Delhi chief minister Arvind Kejriwal’s tweet “Modi is a coward and a psycopath”, targeting Prime Minister Narendra Modi for allegedly having directed the CBI to raid the chief minister’s office, is derogatory. While the CBI overstepped if it indeed raided his office, Mr Kejriwal should address the President or move the courts against the Centre instead of using such derogatory language against Mr Modi on Twitter, especially since his allegations are uncorroborated.
