In a study by IIT Kanpur, it was found that 60 per cent of the cause of poor air quality in Delhi is on account of vehicular emissions and secondary particulates. It is evident that the capital is in need of such a step. Though commuting will be a problem, it can be managed. Proper execution and a real effort from the citizens’ can prove this rule a milestone achieved by the AAP.
