I agree with BJP leader Subramanian Swamy that it would be dangerous to release into society the juvenile convicted in the 2012 Delhi gangrape and murder of Nirbhaya. What message will it send out to the public There is no law under which the man, now an adult of almost 20 years, can be kept in confinement. Worse, there is no rehabilitation plan in place. Do we not need a change in the law
