Bernie Sanders fended off pressure to bow out of the race for the White House on Sunday as his rival, Democratic frontrunner Hillary Clinton, begins thinking about who her running mate should be.

Bernie Sanders fended off pressure to bow out of the race for the White House on Sunday as his rival, Democratic frontrunner Hillary Clinton, begins thinking about who her running mate should be.
The New York Times reported that Ms Clinton’s advisers and allies have begun extensive discussions on the running mate question, and are putting together a list of 15 to 20 potential picks. She has described what sort of person would fit the bill, and has set objectives for the search, the Times said.
Among others, senator Elizabeth Warren is the top contender.
