: A 12-year-old Sikh boy was arrested in Texas by police officials after a bully in his class reportedly accused him of having a bomb. But police officials maintained that the boy joked about blowing the school up and that they arrested the boy because ‘making a terroristic threat’ is a felony in the US.

This incident comes barely three months after the arrest of a Muslim boy on the suspicion that he brought a bomb to school in US invited widespread condemnation.

The police told the Dallas Morning News that after arresting the boy, they handed him over to the Juvenile Justice Department after finding that the bomb claim was indeed a joke.

The boy, Armaan Singh Sarai’s cousin, Ginee Haer put up a heart wrenching appeal for justice for her cousin on the social networking site Facebook.

Ginee Haer recounts in her Facebook post, that’s gone rapidly viral over the last two days, how her 12-year-old cousin, Armaan Singh Sarai, was whisked away by police officials after a bully in his class made a bomb allegation.
