Chhattisgarh chief minister Raman Singh on Saturday said the ruling BJP would score hat-trick victory in the November Assembly polls in the state on pro-incumbency factor. “The state is under grip of pro-establishment wave. I have noticed it during my recent state-wide Vikash Yatra, covering over 6000 km. This time, we will even fare better than the last Assembly polls. You note it down. My assessment will be proved cent percent correct when the results of the polls will be out”, a confident looking Mr Singh told reporters here. Replying to a question if he was bothered of anti-incumbency factor following his ten-year-rule in the state, Mr Singh said, “Only bad governance generates anti-establishment feeling among the people. I have not noticed a trace of anti-incumbency.”
