Referring to recent raids in houses of close aides of MP chief minister Kamal Nath by IT people, he said, “They (Congress men) were complaining that they were targeted by the agencies. They were targeted because they indulged in wrongdoing. My house should also be searched, if I have done wrong”.

He dismissed the charges that the Opposition leaders were being targeted by IT and ED, and questioned , “From where such huge money came”.

The Central Board of Direct Taxes had revealed detection of trail of Rs 20 crore suspect cash from headquarters of a major political party in Delhi to the house of a VIP in Toghlaq Road, in Delhi.

“This money is being sent to Toghlaq Road where bungalow of a Congress heavyweight located. From there, the money is routed to a ‘namdaar’ for funding electioneering”, he said.
