UP boy commits suicide for not being allowed to use motorcycle

Muzaffarnagar: A 12-year-old boy in Shamli district allegedly committed suicide after his family members did not allow him to use a motorcycle, police said on May 14.

The incident took place on May 13 in Khandhla town.

His body was found hanging from a ceiling of his house, they said.

The boy's family claimed that he was disturbed after being not allowed to use the motorcycle, police said.

In another incident, a woman allegedly committed suicide by consuming poison over a family dispute here, they said. She died at a hospital, police said.
