Meanwhile, the school principal confirmed that the teacher was suspended with immediate effect.

Roorkee (Uttarakhand): In a shocking and inhuman incident in Uttarakhand's Roorkee, a Class VI student was allegedly beaten up and forced to undress by her teacher for securing one and a half marks in an exam on Thursday.

"I was asked to remove my clothes, when I refused teacher (Shefali) slapped me and forcefully started removing my clothes," the victim said.

Meanwhile, the school principal confirmed taking action against the teacher.

"A teacher was trying to unbutton the girl's shirt, I called her and criticized her for her action, suspended her with immediate effect ," school principal said.
