Two employees of Indian private carrier Jet Airways were injured in the bomb blasts at the Belgian capital Brussels on Tuesday and were receiving medical treatment, the airline said.

The injured employees have been identified by news agency PTI as cabin crew Nidhi Chapekar and Amit Motwani from Mumbai.
Jet Airways operates to Brussels and had announced earlier on Monday that it was moving its hub in Europe from Brussels to the Dutch capital Amsterdam from March 27 for commercial reasons. Reacting on Tuesday, in the wake of the bomb blasts, Jet said it was moving its passengers and staff away from the airport and cancelling three flights so far.
The ministry of external affairs (MEA) sources said the two Jet Airways employees had been injured in the blasts but added that there were no Indian casualties. As per initial reports, Ms Chapekar had been injured in the eye but that she was receiving treatment.
External affairs minister Sushma Swaraj said, “I have again spoken to our ambassador in Brussels Manjeev Puri. All stranded Indian passengers are being provided hotel accommodation. So far there is no report of any Indian casualty.”
