American-Indian hotelier and Hollywood actress Lindsay Lohan’s friend, Vikram Chatwal, reportedly tried to burn two dogs using a spray can and a lighter outside his apartment in New York.
According to TMZ.com, the socialite is under investigation by the New York Police Department. Vikram, who is known for his drug problems, wasn’t present at his apartment when the police arrived. But a video was recorded earlier, in which Vikram is seen burning a dog.
NYPD is looking for Vikram, and he could be arrested under reckless endangerment charge.
