Actress Sofia Vergara has sued a beauty company for $15 million for illegally using photos of her to endorse their treatments for more than a year, after she posted a photo of herself using the treatment on her Instagram page in August 2014.
Sofia had captioned the photo, “Legacy massage at @drlancerxx,” but according to TMZ.com, the Modern Family star is now calling the treatment “a waste of time and money with little in the way of any results”.
The company had used images of Sofia at its exhibition booths and website with the claim that it is “loved by bombshell actress Sofia Vergara.”
