Simon Cowell may have only been recently robbed at his home in London but now could lose some more from his piggy bank with a woman in the US suing him... after she allegedly tripped and fell over “loose wires” at a taping of America’s Got Talent.
According to legal papers, D’Arcy Gurr is suing the TV producer, the show itself and the venue at which the taping took place — Los Angeles County Fair — for the incident, which she says was also “overcrowded”. The incident happened earlier this year in April, TMZ.com claims. The lawsuit follows a string of bad news for Simon, with him losing his mother in July and the finale for his other show, The X Factor, picking up its lowest viewer ratings ever.
