And now reports suggest that the same group is behind both the crimes and they have also raided a number of other north London homes.
While jewellery, cash and electrical goods had been taken from the singer’s six-bedroom semi-detached house in the early hours of November 28. A source close to Miss Ora had told The Sun that the 25-year-old pop star has been ‘very shaken’ by the crime.
And Simon who lives in a £10million mansion less than three miles away lost £500,000 worth of valuables to the burglars.
Police is said to be investigating the possibility that the same gang could be behind both crimes, and as many as six others in the area.
Cowell revealed he believes whoever robbed his house has ‘inside knowledge’ of the property.
