And Nicki is facing yet another lawsuit, the only difference is that this time, it is by a Las Vegas club. The club claims that she was paid for an appearance but she did not live up to her bargain, reported Dailymail.
According to documents released by TMZ, Nicki was paid a whopping $263,000 by the Chateau Nightclub in the Paris casino to host an after-party in May. However, now the club is demanding a refund as according to the lawsuit, they had prepaid the amount with the agreement that the Anaconda singer would arrive at midnight and perform two songs.
Dailymail also reported that the lawsuit stated that the rapper arrived over an hour late at 1.19 am and then stayed just 34 minutes.
According to TMZ, party-goers were far from being impressed as they felt that they had paid a lot of money for the concert with Nicki. The suit, which was filed against Nicki’s booking company Pink Personality, states that Nicki’s late appearance affected their ability to sell VIP tables that were expected to fetch in excess of $25,000 each.
