Kanye West may have gotten the “dream team” — Jay Z, Drake and himself — together again for a track that released earlier this year, Pop Style. But the rapper couldn’t help himself from spilling the beans on the politics that went on behind the scenes for the development, speaking to fans while performing at a show in Seattle on Wednesday.

Kanye reportedly told the crowd that there will never be a sequel to their hit track Watch The Throne because of issues with profit percentages between Apple and Tidal (Jay’s music streaming service), as well as because Jay not wanting to be part of a song that dissed rapper Meek Mill, whom Drake had feuded with earlier.

According to JustJared.com, Kanye said on stage, “Out of respect for Meek Mill, he didn’t want to be on the track. And I said, ‘Look, I’ll call Drake. I’ll call Meek. I’ll call y’all. We’ve gotta squash some shit. We gotta let people have this song.’ But then it went out of that territory.”
