The most famous men in Hollywood have one thing in common — they are very overpaid.Forbes has released its annual list calculating the amount of money an actor’s film earns versus their salary and found that Johnny Depp is the biggest loser, returning just $1.80 at the box office for every $1 he is paid. He is in good company too, with stars like Will Smith, Brad Pitt, Channing Tatum and Tom Cruise also in the top 10 of underperformers, DailyMail reported.
Chris Evans is the big winner, returning a whooping $181.80 for every $1 he receives in salary. This is no doubt thanks to his role in Captain America and The Avengers films.
The next four slots however are all women, with Mila Kunis, Scarlett Johansson, Gwyneth Paltrow and Emma Stone providing returns their male counterparts can apparently only dream of.
