This form of yoga has dual benefits as it aims to target the psychological and the physical health of the person — holding relevance especially for today’s youth.

Mayurasana Mayurasana, also known as the peacock pose is known to strengthen the digestive system. This pose improves sexual vitality and performance and also strengthens the shoulder, neck and arms.

Usthrasana Usthrasana or the camel pose helps in giving a nice stretch to the body and helps in opening the lungs. It is recommended for a good posture. It helps in improving the blood flow to the entire body and is highly recommended for people who need to stand for prolonged hours or those who spend a lot of time on their phones.

Ardha Chandhrasana Also known as the half moon pose, this helps in improving the concentration and coordinates motor reflexes. This also helps in correcting collapsed uterus. It targets removing fatigue and also reduces problems caused due to sciatica and back pain.

Ekapada Halasana The Ekapada Halasana or the single legged plough pose aims to increase the self-confidence of the person and also helps in clearing the mind to make it calm.
